By using the Forest Village Estates website, you agree to these terms. This site is operated for Forest Village Estates, an apartment community in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma managed by Mayfair Management Group. If you don't agree with something here, please reach out — or simply don't use the site.

Everything on this site is provided for general information. Nothing here is an offer to lease, a lease agreement, a determination of eligibility, or a promise that a home is or will be available. Leasing decisions happen through our office, in writing.
Pricing & availability can change
Availability of homes, rents, deposits, fees, special offers, and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice. Forest Village participates in affordable-housing programs, so the rent a household actually pays may be set by income and program eligibility — our leasing team confirms exact figures. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Approximations & imagery
Square footage is approximate and can vary by home. The floor plan drawing is an illustration — not to scale, and details vary. Photos show real homes and grounds at the community and may be color-corrected or digitally enhanced; finishes can differ from home to home, so we encourage you to tour the specific home before you lease. The home shown or toured may not be the home that is available.
Community eligibility
Forest Village Estates is a community for adults 62 and older that participates in affordable-housing programs; income limits may apply. The community operates as housing for persons 62 or older under the federal Fair Housing Act's housing-for-older-persons provisions. Nothing on this site pre-qualifies any household — eligibility is confirmed by the leasing office through the application process.
Our assistant
Some calls, chats, and messages to Forest Village are answered by an automated AI leasing assistant. Its responses are provided for convenience and general information only, may contain errors, and are not offers, approvals, or commitments. Pricing, availability, and eligibility are confirmed only by our leasing office, in writing.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages on our guest card, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Consent is optional and is not a condition of leasing. Details live in our Privacy Policy.
Fair use of the site
Please use our forms honestly and only for their intended purpose — genuine inquiries, guest cards, referrals, and resident service requests. Don't scrape, spam, probe, disrupt, or misrepresent who you are. We may decline or discard submissions that appear automated or abusive.
Our content
The text, illustrations, floor plan drawing, and photographs on this site belong to Forest Village Estates / Mayfair Management Group or are used with permission. Please don't republish them without asking. The Mayfair Management Group name and logo are trademarks of their owner.
Third-party links & services
Some links leave this site — for example the RentCafe resident portal, Google Maps, and mayfairmgt.com. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, which we don't control. Information you submit through our forms may be transmitted to the leasing and property-management systems we use, and the community may also be advertised through third-party listing services (see our Privacy Policy).
No warranties; limits on liability
This website is provided "as is." While we work to keep it accurate and available, we make no warranties about completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted access, and to the extent the law allows, Forest Village Estates and Mayfair Management Group are not liable for damages arising from use of the site. Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to this website belongs in the state or federal courts serving Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect.
