Welcome to the neighborhood
Groceries, the zoo, the interstate, downtown — everything is close at hand in northeast Oklahoma City.
Where you'll find us
Forest Village Estates sits just east of I-35 between NE 23rd and NE 36th Streets, with exits 130 and 131 about a mile from your door. Downtown Oklahoma City is roughly ten minutes away, the State Capitol is about four miles, and Tinker Air Force Base is around a nineteen-minute drive — so the everyday commute stays short.

The spots we keep going back to
Start with the Oklahoma City Zoo — it's close enough that a quick visit after work is a real option, not a someday plan. Right behind it, the Adventure District strings together Science Museum Oklahoma, Remington Park, and a full day of things to do without ever getting on the highway.
And the everyday win: the Homeland at NE 36th and Lincoln. When it opened in 2021, it ended years without a full-service supermarket on this side of the city — so the grocery run is now a ten-minute errand, bakery and Leo's BBQ counter included.
