For our residents
Thank you for making the village what it is. Here is everything you need for the everyday things — and how to reach us when you need a hand.
Handled, without the runaround
Three simple ways to take care of village life, from rent to repairs to quick questions.
Rent, made simple
Pay online any time through the RentCafe resident portal — check your balance, pay rent, and manage your account in one place. First time? Choose "Sign up," or ask the office for an invite.
Prefer to handle it in person? The office is glad to help — weekdays, 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM, or call 405-493-9300.
Request maintenance
Something need fixing?
Submit a service request in under a minute — right here, through the RentCafe portal, or by calling the office. After-hours emergencies ring straight through to our on-call manager.
Ask the assistant
Questions, anytime
For everyday questions — office hours, policies, what goes where — our assistant is available around the clock. Ask away.
Submit a service request
For anything that isn't an emergency. If it's urgent — no heat or air, water leak, no power, anything unsafe — please call the office at 405-493-9300 right away; after hours, that line reaches our on-call manager.
Emergency?
No heat or air, an active leak, no power, a gas smell, a lockout, or anything unsafe — don't use this form. Call the office at 405-493-9300 and we'll respond right away, day or night — after hours, the line rings straight through to our on-call manager.
What happens next
We log your request, prioritize it, and reach out to schedule a visit. Routine work is usually handled within a few business days; urgent issues come first.
Rather talk it through?
Ask our assistant any time, or email forestvillage@mayfairmgt.com with a photo if you can — it helps us come prepared.

Small courtesies, shared walls
Thirty-four homes make a small village, and a few gentle habits keep it a pleasant one.
- Keep evenings on the quiet side — duplex walls are shared, and your neighbor's early morning starts sooner than you think.
- Park in your own space and leave room for the folks next door; guests can use open visitor areas.
- If your dog leaves something behind on a walk, please scoop it — the grass thanks you, and so do bare feet.
- A tidy porch and yard keep the whole street feeling cared for. If something outside needs attention, just let us know.
