Welcome to Forest Village
Forest Village Estates is a small community of 34 two-bedroom, two-bath duplex homes tucked into a quiet corner of northeast Oklahoma City. Every home is The Redbud — named for Oklahoma's state tree — a single-story plan of about 1,437 square feet, so there's no unit roulette. The home you tour is the home you move into.
What people notice first is the calm. The streets loop rather than cut through, so traffic stays light and the porches face one another the way a real neighborhood should. Brick fronts, red doors, room to breathe — and the city still close at hand, with downtown about ten minutes away.

The guest card is a short, two-minute form — a friendly way to tell us who you are and what you're looking for. It's not an application, there's nothing to pay, and it commits you to absolutely nothing. Think of it as raising your hand.
Once we have it, our leasing team can hold a file for you and reach out the moment a home opens up. With only 34 homes, openings come and go quickly, so having your card on hand means you hear first instead of finding out later.

Forest Village participates in affordable-housing programs — the kind you may have heard called LIHTC or HOME. In plain terms, these programs help keep quality homes within reach by tying eligibility and, in some cases, rent to a household's income rather than to whatever the open market happens to be doing.
Because of that, there's a step the market-rate world skips: making sure a home is a good fit for your household. Details like household size, timing, and income range help us confirm whether we're a match — and our leasing team handles that part with you, one question at a time.
